Tamara Toros was born in Budapest, Hungary. She is 20 years old, Brown Belt, Professional athlete and 4X World & European Champion and Vice-World Champion in the Black Belt, Professional level under Prof. Gustavo Galvão. She has been part of the Atos Team since 2019, moving from her hometown, Budapest, Hungary in 2020, to live her dream to become a black belt world champion, training at our academy Atos Jiu Jitsu School Barcelona. She has been teaching the kids program for the 3rd year and is the coach of our Women's Jiu Jitsu and Women's self defense program. She is dedicated to help Kids and Women to become more confident, stronger and able to defend themselves.
